Warranty Policy

We are so glad you placed and order and we hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We make every effort to ensure you receive the highest quality with each and every order. Due to the nature of our production processes and quick turn around times, there may be an order that escapes our Quality department. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Custom Heat Transfers

Our custom heat transfers are formulated to work for specific fabric types using industrial heat press machines. Custom heat transfers are not eligible for returns, reprints, or refunds until our Technical Support staff has reviewed your claim. See Claims Process for more details.

Stock Heat Transfers

Stock numbers may only be returned with prior written authorization. A 20% restocking fee will apply. No returns are permitted after 30 days from original purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Further Details

Our warranty policy covers only the replacement of unapplied heat transfers. We are not responsible for the replacement of any item you apply our transfers to. We ask that you always test one transfer before proceeding with your entire production. Our staff is available for technical support if you have any issues with the application or a failure of the transfer to adhere to your products.

Claims Process

To file a claim for a refund or reprint, please email us at support@613originals.com. Please include details of any issues you may have and provide photographs or videos when applicable. If you are experiencing application issues, please also include what type of heat press and application settings used. Our Technical Support staff reviews each claim in the order in which they are received and will respond as soon as possible. Sometimes claims are resolved with some quick troubleshooting tips on how to apply our transfers. If we find that the transfer is defective, we may process your return, reprint, or refund. We will notify you by email or phone and provide information on how to proceed.

Prices and Product Specifications

Prices shown are list prices and are subject to trade discount and to change without notice. Prices may also be changed without notice due to unforeseen cost increases of imported products, raw materials, or currency fluctuations. We carefully check pricing and product specifications, but occasionally errors can occur, therefore we reserve the right to change both without notice. We are not responsible for customer pricing errors.

Peak Season Shipping Information

Turn around times for custom transfer orders are based on our standard working business hours. We manufacture Monday - Friday. Orders placed via our online store will be processed the next business day. We observe most United States Holidays and during a holiday schedule we will process your order on the next business day following the holiday.

Six Thirteen Originals will not guarantee your order will ship out on the day that it's scheduled. We do our best to maintain daily production schedules, however due to the nature of our manufacturing process, unforeseen events may occur which may cause a delay.

Intellectual Property

We value our customers and their talent - your artwork is yours! When uploading your artwork to our site, you retain complete ownership of your own content and give us permission to print the artwork to fulfill your order, and give us permission to post your artwork on, but not limited to, our website and social channels. By uploading your artwork, you grant us permission to use and/or publicly display your artwork. 613 Originals does not claim ownership of your artwork, and it is your responsibility to ensure your artwork does not contain copyrighted material unless you have permission from the rightful owner.

Art Reproduction Restrictions

The unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of a protected copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name logo, design, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration, or any other intellectual property (collectively “Intellectual Property”) is prohibited.

By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing Intellectual Property to Six Thirteen Originals, LLC (“Six Thirteen”), you and any person identified in your account with Six Thirteen (jointly “YOU” and “YOUR”) warrant and represent that YOU are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights to the Intellectual Property, and that the submitted Intellectual Property is free and clear of infringement or any legal restriction.

Six Thirteen accepts no liability for any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of any Intellectual Property. Nor does Six Thirteen have any obligation to verify whether YOU have legal rights in the Intellectual Property since Six Thirteen is relying on YOUR representations.

By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing Intellectual Property to Six Thirteen, YOU agree, at YOUR sole expense, to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Six Thirteen, against any claim or lawsuit alleging that any of the Intellectual Property submitted, uploaded, or otherwise provided by YOU to Six Thirteen infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, other Intellectual Property, or otherwise violates applicable law or constitutes an infringement, that the Intellectual Property is being wrongfully used, or that YOU violated any of the above representations. YOU will also pay all damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by or levied against Six Thirteen as a result of any such claim or lawsuit. Six Thirteen reserves the right to defend any action brought against it in connection with YOUR alleged infringement, misuse, and breach of representations concerning the Intellectual Property; however, YOU agree to be responsible for Six Thirteen’s damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred defending such claim or lawsuit.

Six Thirteen reserves the right to refuse to print any design considered, in Six Thirteen’s sole determination, to be in poor taste or offensive.
